Swimming and Hiking
We have endless hours of hiking in our area with the Trans Canada Trail, Ganaraska Trail, Awenda Park, Beausoleil Island or at Little Lake Park. Enjoy swimming at one of many beaches that make up the Largest Fresh Water Beach in the World, Wye Marsh, Fishing, Boating, Golfing.

Bird watching
We would suggest the Wye Marsh just outside of Midland, the Tiny Marsh (County Road 6, just North of Elmvale) or the Matchedash Marsh (off Highway l2, by Fesserton).

For the children
Balm Beach Go-Cart & Mini Golf (Yonge Street becomes Balm Beach Road) is a few kilometres away, and a great place for the older children. Balm Beach also has a small arcade, which your teens will enjoy. Raining? Bayshore Bowling Lanes are at 205 King, (by the waterfront).

Live Theatre
The King's Wharf Theatre, located at Discovery Harbour, Jury Drive, Penetanguishene is operated by the award-winning Drayton Entertainment Group. Open June 2 - Sept, with four great productions. we can get tickets for you, if you wish. During the fall, winter and spring season our local theatre group, the Huronia Players, hold serval productions.

There are numerous activities available in our snow belt region from cross country and downhill ski-ing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling, all located only minutes from Little Lake Inn.
