HIGH SEASON RATES: June 25 - September 18, 2010; December 30, 2010 - January 1, 2011; February 11 - 14, 2011:

All room rates are per night, double occupancy, plus 13% sales tax.

Weekly, monthly, business rates available upon request. Reservations are not confirmed until deposit or credit card information received.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY.
Advance resevations will be guaranteed with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club. Please note: A 7 day cancellation notice is required. For cancellation requests 7 days or less, the full amount of the accommodation rental will be charged to your account unless we re-rent the room.
